The Environment

The outside comes in at 4 Desert Lakes. A beautiful private courtyard with fireplace and a full barbeque begs to entertain your guests under the beautiful desert sky. The open rear patio offers lounging in the view of the San Jacinto mountains along a greenbelt adjacent to the Seven Lakes golf course. Just steps away, lounge in one of many pools in the Seven Lakes Country Club. Your desert escape’s distinguishing architectural design elements include horizontal, low-slung single-level buildings; 3-dimensional patterned concrete block walls; 10-foot ceilings; walls of glass with sliding doors; atrium courtyards; floating flat roofs and clerestory windows that afford views of the mountains.

Seven Lakes – The Experience

The moment you approach Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club’s gated entrance you notice the classic mid-century design. Seven Lakes, located in the Melody Ranch neighborhood of Palm Springs, has views of our surrounding mountains, architecturally significant mid-century designed homes, and a lush golf course winding amongst our seven lakes that cannot be duplicated. The architectural centerpiece of Seven Lakes Golf and Country Club is the clubhouse designed by William Cody.

The residences at Seven Lakes are situated throughout the golf course with stunning mountain views reflecting the natural beauty of the desert. Whether sitting in our elegantly appointed clubhouse dining room or enjoying the fresh air on our patio you will be treated to sweeping vistas as they accompany the ever-changing creations of our culinary team. Our active bar/lounge features casual dining, happy hours and special monthly events.

Designed in 1963 by Ted Robinson, this Executive golf course is suited for all types of players, from a beginner to the most experienced golfer. The undulating greens over seeded with Poa Trivialis and Bent grass, provide a smooth roll and challenge the most experienced golfer. Fun fact: On Feb. 6, 1968, President Eisenhower shot a hole-in-one on the 13th hole at Seven Lakes.
